Sweet and Sour Pork – Delightful dish made with crisp breaded pork cubes cooked in sweet and sour sauce
Wontons – Meat fillings wrapped in wonton wrapper and eaten with dark sauce
Egg Drop Soup – A Chinese soup of wispy beaten eggs in boiled chicken broth
DURATION: 3.5 hours

This is a hands-on class and the instructor will give you step-by-step guidance on how to go about preparing and cooking these Chinese dishes.
All ingredients, kitchen equipment/tools, aprons will be provided.
