Learn to prepare 3 Classic Indian dishes in this class
Chicken Tikka Masala – Tandoori chicken cut up and stewed in rich, spicy tomato-based sauce.
Korma – Curry dish made with coconut milk and cashew, giving the sauce a pleasant nutty flavour and smoothness.
Mango Chutneys – A quintessential Indian condiment made with mangoes, vinegar, sugar and spice that is used to top many Indian appetizers.
DURATION: 3.5 hours
MAX PARTICIPANTS: 10 pax
This is a hands-on class and the instructor will give you step-by-step guidance on how to go about preparing and cooking this Indian dish.
All ingredients, kitchen equipment/tools, aprons will be provided.
