Somen – Japanese noodles made of wheat flour that are thinner than Udon and Soba and are usually eaten cold.
Sushi – Cooked white rice flavored with seasoned rice vinegar and a great variety of different toppings.
Ochazuke – Hot water, tea, or light fish stock poured over rich and garnished with toppings such as grilled salmon and pickles
DURATION: 3.5 hours
MAX PARTICIPANTS: 10 pax
This is a hands-on class and the instructor will give you step-by-step guidance on how to go about preparing and cooking this Japanese dish.
All ingredients, kitchen equipment/tools, aprons will be provided.
