Get a solid introduction to the Peranakan culture and cuisine through a series of activities which includes visits to local markets (e.g. KK market), a demonstration by our ethnic Chef, and hands-on learning of Peranakan recipes. At the market we will guide you through the process of buying the right ingredients and back in a professional kitchen you will learn how to prepare the authentic Peranakan dishes.
