Learn to prepare 3 delicious vegetarian dishes in this class
Stuffed Delicata Squash – Squash boats stuffed with herbed wild rice, lentils and cranberries.
Pumpkin Breakfast Pie – Sweet dessert pie with a spiced, pumpkin-based custard filling.
Spinach and Egg Pizza – Pizza topped with spinach and mozzarella and finish with eggs cracked in the center.
DURATION: 3 hours
MAX PARTICIPANTS: 10 pax
This is a hands-on class and the instructor will give you step-by-step guidance on how to go about preparing and cooking this vegetarian dish.
All ingredients, kitchen equipment/tools, aprons will be provided.
